Complete the membership application form available on the website or through one of the Federation’s offices or authorized representatives, ensuring that all required information is entered accurately and clearly.
A number of essential documents must be attached to the application, depending on the membership category. These may include:
- One (1) official personal photo with a white background.
- A copy of a personal ID or passport.
- A professional CV/resume.
- Academic or training certificates relevant to the fields of oil, gas, and related services.
The International Federation for Oil & Gas (IFOG) Membership Committee reviews the submitted application and supporting documents. During the evaluation process, the applicant may be contacted to provide additional information or documents if required.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, an official notification will be sent confirming the acceptance decision and providing the necessary instructions to complete the membership enrollment process.
The applicant completes the Federation’s approved administrative requirements, including any applicable membership fees or organizational obligations in accordance with the internal regulations.
