Membership
The membership card is an official document granted to accredited members of the International Oil & Gas Federation. It certifies that the holder is recognized as an active member in the fields of energy, industrial development, and sustainable development. This card enables members to participate in specialized programs and initiatives led by the Federation, reflecting their level of expertise and competence in accordance with the international standards adopted by the International Oil & Gas Federation.
The applicant must be an organization, institution, authority, or entity operating in the field of energy, sustainable development, or related sectors.
Possessing a valid official registration, professional license, or institutional permit.
Commitment to the Federation’s standards in governance, institutional quality, and environmental sustainability.
Submitting an official membership application accompanied by the required documents (license – official registration – overview of activities and projects in the field of oil and gas or energy).
Agreeing to the Federation’s professional and ethical code of conduct.
Payment of the annual membership fees determined by the General Secretariat, in accordance with the objectives and programs of the International Oil & Gas Federation.
Obtaining an official and accredited membership certificate from the International Oil & Gas Federation.
Eligibility for nomination to receive excellence awards, quality certificates, and other professional accreditations granted by the Federation.
Listing the member’s name and logo in the official directory of members on the International Oil & Gas Federation website.
Issuing an official membership card and certificate for the representative of the company, organization, or affiliated institution.
Commitment to participating in conferences, events, and exhibitions organized by the International Oil & Gas Federation.
The right to use the Federation’s logo in publications and media materials according to the specified regulations.
Access to free or discounted technical and professional consultations from the Federation’s experts in energy, oil, gas, and sustainable development.
Access to an international network of relations with Federation members and partners around the world.
Opportunities for promotion and marketing through the Federation’s platforms to showcase members’ achievements and projects.

An electronic copy of the official travel document (passport).
An electronic copy of the ID card or proof of employment in the oil or gas sector.
Electronic copies of certificates and documents that support the member’s professional and academic experience in relevant fields.
A declaration confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and that they are free from any falsification or alteration.
Filling out the registration form available on the Federation’s electronic website.
Sending all required documents along with the registration form to the Federation through the official channels.
The application will be reviewed by the relevant committee, and the applicant will be informed of the acceptance or rejection decision within one week from the submission date.
After the application is accepted, the required fees must be paid through the Federation’s designated bank account.
After completing all procedures, the membership card and official affiliation certificate will be sent to the member.

Based on the role of the International Oil & Gas Federation (IFOG) as a global platform that brings together institutions and centers working in the fields of energy and sustainable development, the Federation opens the door for membership and affiliation to entities wishing to join its international network. The aim is to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in order to achieve sustainable development and advance the oil and gas sector at both local and international levels.
